Privacy Policy

Youth Soccer Central ("YSC", "we") publishes youth soccer news, player rankings, scouting reports and a weekly newsletter at youthsoccercentral.com. You can reach us at management@youthsoccercentral.com.

• Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Payments: YSC Pro is billed through Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your card details; we never see or store your full card number. We keep your subscription status and renewal or end date.
• Newsletter: your email address, your confirmation (by checkbox) that you are 13 or older, and when you confirmed your subscription.
• Messages you send us: name, email, reason and message from the contact and submission forms.
• Visitor identifiers and cookies: we use browser identifiers and your IP address to rate-limit forms and logins to stop spam and abuse.
• Sign-in storage: a sign-in token kept in your browser so you stay logged in.

• To run your account, provide YSC Pro access and process billing.
• To send the weekly newsletter you confirmed, and account emails such as password reset links.
• To answer messages, correction or removal requests and advertising or partnership enquiries.
• To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.

• Resend sends our emails, including the newsletter and account emails. Newsletter sign-up uses double opt-in: after you tick the 13+ checkbox, Resend delivers a confirmation email, and nothing else is sent until you click the link.
• Stripe processes YSC Pro payments and manages billing.
• Our hosting provider runs the website, database and server logs.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with these providers, as needed to run YSC, or if the law requires it.

The site shows sponsor advertisements. They are placed by us, not by third-party ad networks, and we do not share your personal information with sponsors. If you click a sponsor link you leave YSC and the sponsor's own privacy policy applies.

Player profiles and rankings contain only publicly available sporting information: name, club, position, birth year and nationality, along with our editorial assessments.

A parent or guardian (or the player) can ask us to correct or remove a profile. Use the contact form and choose "Correction or removal request", or email management@youthsoccercentral.com. We review every request.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and accounts, subscriptions and the newsletter require you to be 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

• Password reset links expire after 1 hour.
• Member sign-in sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity and are renewed when used. Admin sessions expire after 8 hours.
• Newsletter: when you unsubscribe we stop emailing you and keep only a minimal suppression record (your email address and that it unsubscribed) so we don't email you again by mistake.
• Accounts, billing and messages are kept while needed to provide the service, handle your request, or meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them.

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter any time using the link in every email.
• Cancel YSC Pro from your Account page.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing management@youthsoccercentral.com.

We use reasonable safeguards such as hashed passwords and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
